Where the opportunity begins
Someone looking for a cleaner, contractor, handyman or another property specialist may not know your business name. They are more likely to begin with the service they need, the area they need it in and the proof they can review before making contact.
estateTT gives that search a clearer route into your business. You can keep the profile, services, portfolio and contact information clients see up to date, then return to the same account when an enquiry or message arrives.
They may begin with plumbing, cleaning, repairs or another property service in their area—not with a business name they already know.
Clear service listings, business details and examples of completed work help prospective clients decide whether to contact you.
When someone has a question or needs help, the enquiry can continue through the provider account instead of ending at a directory listing.
What clients can see
Your profile, services, portfolio and business activity each answer a different question a prospective client may have before starting a conversation.
Present your business name, category, location, service areas, description, contact details and visuals in the estateTT directory.
Describe the property-related work you offer and add the fixed price or quote basis that fits each service.
Use your portfolio to show real examples and captions so visitors can see more than a short business description.
Return to client messages, profile views, ratings, reviews and active-service records from your Provider Console.
Your provider workspace
Update your business profile, services and portfolio from the Provider Console. When clients start paying attention, return to the same workspace to review messages, enquiries, profile views, ratings and reviews.

From search to contact
Your profile helps the business appear in the directory. Service listings explain the work available. The portfolio gives visitors something visual to inspect. Messages and enquiry records give interested clients a clear way to continue.
Because each part has its own place, you can update a service or add new work without rebuilding the whole profile—or losing track of the people who have already contacted you.
Step 1
Add the business identity, service category, location, contact information and description clients need before they reach out.
Step 2
Keep your service catalogue current and use your portfolio to show the quality and range of work you have completed.
Step 3
Return to enquiries, messages and visibility records when someone views the business, asks a question or needs a service.
A second set of eyes on your account
Ask estateTT to review the supported records already in your provider account. It can surface profile gaps, service and portfolio activity, unread enquiries, notifications and visibility information, then point you back to the right area to continue.
